Primark gives the appropriate training and developing opportunities to their employees. All the new members off staff take part in an induction programme to welcome and to be introduced to the team and role.
Apart from that, the business also provide employees with other training opportunities to assist them to progress further on the business and become a member of the management team, the business provide employees with tools and resources for them to achieve better roles within the organisation, this courses can be specific to employees in areas such as team leading, admiration and retail and customer service.
